Arran Elopement Maire and Will

This is my second Arran Elopement that I’ve photographed and it is another absolute belter!

As with everything this year, it came with its challenges. At this time I didn’t have a car (due to vandals ripping my wing mirrors off!) and Calmac cancelled my ferry 11hours before I was meant to leave. Luckily everything worked out and I managed to document Maire and Will’s evening beach elopement.

They honestly couldn’t have picked a better day, the weather was beautiful and the sea was perfectly still. It felt like we could have been on a secluded Greek island.

The ceremony spot was on Sannox Bay then we headed over the hills towards Lochranza for that epic sunset.

Maire and Will were such a super lovey couple and I felt very lucky to photograph their elopement. Maire had organised a surprise MX5 to boost about Scotland in as Will loves his cars. He is involved with F1 racing and actually makes a cameo (in the background) of Netflix “drive to survive”

One of the best moments was when they phoned round the family surprising them of their secret elopement.

Really hope 2022 brings more awesome weddings like this, hope you like the pictures.
